In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of our Parts operation, leading a high-performing team while ensuring customers receive first-class service every time. You’ll play a key role in driving departmental performance, improving efficiency, and developing strong, long lasting relationships with both existing and prospective customers.

You’ll combine hands-on leadership with commercial awareness, helping to maximise opportunities, support your team, and contribute to the continued success of the business. The Role
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, growing business opportunities while proactively identifying and developing new customer accounts.
✅ Ensure all warranty and TMA processes are managed accurately and in line with company procedures.
✅ Take ownership of stock control, ensuring optimum stock levels and delivering effective stock turn performance.
✅ Lead and drive parts marketing initiatives within the depot, helping to increase awareness, engagement, and sales opportunities.
✅ Develop key account relationships through regular customer visits and meetings, identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and grow business.
About You
✅ Strong leadership skills and a customer first mindset.
✅ Commercial awareness.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Previous experience in a parts, automotive, transport or similar environment.
✅ Experience working with KPIs and KRAs.
✅ A proactive, solutions focused approach with the confidence to make decisions and drive positive change.
✅ Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Shift Pattern
Week One: 7.00am – 16.00pm
Week Two: 8.30am – 17.30pm
Alternate Saturdays 8.00am – 12.00noon
