As a Parts Advisor you will be responsible for:
✅ Handling customer enquiries, including parts identification, pricing, quotations, and order processing.
✅ Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive calls, emails, and customer visits.
✅ Supporting and promoting quarterly sales campaigns to maximise business opportunities. ✅ Identify new business prospects while developing and growing existing customer accounts. ✅ Maximise sales potential by converting parts enquiries into workshop fitment and service opportunities.
✅ Supporting the back counter function.
✅ The pre-picking of parts for the workshop.
About You
✅ Outgoing and friendly with a positive attitude.
✅ Willing to learn and develop new skills.
✅ A strong team player who works well with others.
✅ Committed to delivering first-class customer service.
✅ Focused on exceeding customer expectations.
✅ Commercial parts experience or experience in a similar role is a distinct advantage however full training will be provided.
Hours of Work - Alternate Shift Pattern
Week 1: 7.00am – 16.00pm
Week 2: 8.30am – 17.30pm
Alternate Saturdays from 8.00am – 12.00noon
