Parts Advisor - Rotherham

We have an exciting vacancy for a Parts Advisor to join our team in Rotherham.
As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting both customers and the workshop by:
✅ Handling customer enquiries, including parts identification, quotations, pricing, and order processing.
✅ Building strong customer relationships through calls, emails, and visits.
✅ Supporting sales campaigns and identifying opportunities to grow existing and new accounts.
✅ Maximising sales by converting parts enquiries into workshop fitment and service opportunities.
✅ Supporting the back counter and ensuring technicians receive parts promptly.
✅ Pre-picking and supplying parts to keep the workshop running efficiently.
About You
✅ Outgoing and friendly with a positive attitude.
✅ Willing to learn and develop new skills.
✅ A strong team player who works well with others.
✅ Committed to delivering first-class customer service. aFocused on exceeding customer expectations.
✅ Commercial parts experience or experience in a similar role is a distinct advantage however full training will be provided.
Hours of work:
Week One: 7.00am – 16.00pm
Week Two: 7.30am – 16.30pm
Week Three: 8.30am – 17.30pm
Alternate Saturdays – 8.00am – 12.00noon
