We are looking for an Invoicing Administrator to join our fantastic team at our Hull depot. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert technician write-ups into accurate customer invoices.
- Achieve set targets for efficiency and recovery rates.
- Ensure invoicing complies with customer credit account limits.
- Handle warranty reconciliations and resolve related queries.
- Prepare warranty and contract claims in line with company procedures.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
What We're Looking For
- Strong numerical and administrative skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and maintain accuracy.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ideally experience in invoicing or a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Hours
Monday to Friday 08.30am until 17.00pm (39 hours per week).
