Crossroads Truck & Bus Ltd is the Volvo Truck and Bus specialists across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. We provide a total transport solution for the industry, from new trucks to used trucks, and parts and servicing for trucks, buses and trailers.

We are looking for two Workshop Supervisors to join our team in Rotherham.

Day Shift Supervisor
Shift pattern rolling 4 on 4 off days

Night Shift Supervisor
Tuesday - Thursday: 18:00pm - 06:00am
Friday – 18:00pm - 02:00am

Main Responsibilities
- To assist the assistant service manager in liaising between service reception and the workshop on repair.
- To ensure that the right technician has been allocated the right job.
- To control and monitor the progress of the repair / service through to completion.
- Ensure high levels of quality are maintained on all work produced by the service department.
- Ensure that all service paperwork is completed to a high standard.
- To maintain excellent customer satisfaction and MOT standards.

The successful candidate will be:
- Commercial technical background is essential.
- A good communicator (internally and with customers).
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Able to problem solve.
- Extremely well organised.
- Able to prioritise effectively
- Current HGV licence would be an advantage but not essential.
- Computer skills advantageous

Requirements
- Qualifications required City & Guilds part 1 & 2 / BTEC / IMI in motor
vehicle management or equivalent practical experience in the commercial vehicle industry.
- Commercial experience within a workshop environment / similar environment.
- HGV Licence advantageous but not essential.
