The Role
We are looking for a Truck Area Sales Manager to join our successful new truck sales team to be based at our Stallingborough depot. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop within a progressive organisation.
The successful candidate ideally will have industry based experience with a proven track sales record (however full training will be given), highly motivated, creative thinker who is looking to develop in a sales role in a well-established Company.
You will provide the highest level of service to our existing customers, at the same time developing new contacts to broaden our customer base. You must be able to work on your own initiative, prospecting and arranging appointments. Good communication skills are essential therefore looking for a friendly outgoing personality. You will also need to have a strong desire to succeed and a resilience and determination to keep trying when times are difficult.
Our remuneration package includes company pension, car, laptop, mobile and healthcare cash plan; which reflects our desire to attract the right individual. Good basic salary with excellent OTE potential.
