Devon based customer, Steve Brook Haulage Ltd has won Stuarts Truck and Bus inaugural Retail Excellence (REx) Survey prize draw

Steve Brook visited our Exeter depot in his new Volvo FMX 8x4 Tag Tridem Tipper, which was supplied by Justin Fisher - Sales Director back in October. He met with our Fleet Solutions Manager - Adam Biggs, to receive his new Volvo jacket.

Stuarts Truck and Bus have been putting increased focus this year on getting feedback from our customer’s – good or bad – and the REx surveys gives all of ours customers a voice directly back to our management team.

Ryan Stuart, Director of Stuarts Truck and Bus said, “Hearing our customer’s feedback is so important to us, as we strive to continually improve the customer experience at all our depots. We have been delighted that in a year where our Exeter depot has won an award for the results of the surveys, we are now able to reward a fantastic customer with this prize. A great way to say thank you for taking time out of their day, to let us know how we’re doing”.

Steve, who runs a fleet of Tipper Grabs out of their Doddiscombleigh site on Dartmoor, said, “Good work shouldn’t go unnoticed. We’ve been delighted with the service we’ve received from the team at Exeter and given the opportunity to feed that back via the survey, we felt it was a great opportunity. Listening to customers is fundamental to our business success, so am pleased to see the guys at Stuarts placing similar importance on it too”.

Given the success of the first prize draw, Stuarts Truck and Bus plan to run another giveaway in the first quarter of next year, so to be in with a chance of winning, please keep an eye out for the REx emails in the new year, fill them out, with your name included.

Good Luck!
