At Dennisons, our top priority is always to keep you and our team safe and therefore, to continue to provide you with parts and vehicle repairs, we have launched new services which are all CONTACT FREE!
Contact Free Delivery
In short, Contact Free Delivery limits any physical contact between you and our delivery driver. Instead of meeting you at your location, you will provide the details over the phone of where you want the parts left. The driver will then leave your parts for you in a secure location of your choice. You must order over the phone to avail of this service and the parts must be paid via your credit account or by card over the phone before the delivery is made. Cash payments will not be accepted.
Contact Free Collection
Please understand that our delivery service is particularly busy and we may not always have capacity to deliver to you. Please be reassured that you can now collect your parts at any Dennisons depot without any physical contact. Similar to the above, we require you to call our parts department with the order and make payment over the phone. Our parts advisor will ask for an estimated collection time within an hour slot and the registration of the vehicle that you will be collecting in.
When you come to collect the order, our team will set the part in the dedicated collection area ensuring there is no physical contact between you and our team - feel free to give us a call to let us know that you have arrived. The collection point will be at the front door of each depot.

Contact Free Vehicle Drop Off
Vehicle repairs are essential during this time and we will continue to service vehicles for as long as is needed. We request that drivers do not come into our depot counters and instead we request that phone consultations are done with our service team to explain what is needed on the truck, including the necessary truck details. We will then arrange a place with the driver where they will leave the keys. Again, we will request an estimated time of arrival and we will look for your vehicle coming in - please feel free to call our service team to let us know that you have arrived.
We would also like to reiterate that we will be sanitising vehicles, focusing on high contact areas, before we commence work on them and again before they are returned to the customer/driver.
For any drivers that are required to wait, there are dedicated drivers rooms outside of our main counter areas that we ask you to use. These areas are continually being thoroughly cleaned. Please be as hygienic as possible when you come on to our premises, e.g. washing your hands as soon as you arrive with us and before you leave etc.
