Every new Volvo Citybus comes with an extensive assurance package which includes a full 24 month partsand labour warranty and third year driveline warranty.
Dennison Commercials has always been committed to providing a complete aftersales support for both new and used Volvo Bus and Coach products. This includes a 24 hour, 7 days a week on and off site repair service, fleet contract maintenance, individual vehicle contract servicing and a dedicated parts operation supporting the product throughout its lifecycle from four separate workshops.
In addition, we are now offering a Frontline Support service which aims to provide bus and coach operators with a complete vehicle diagnostic and repair service, provided by a dedicated, highly trained mobile Technician. The Technician will attend customers' premises to react even more quickly to issues, to ensure maximum uptime.
The Frontline Technician and his fully equipped vehicle can travel to all Dennison customer locations to provide around-the-clock support. The investment in this new service demonstrates Dennisons' continued commitment to supporting Bus and Coach customers in the region. We are delighted to announce Gary Ireland as the dedicated Frontline Support Technician for this role.

Volvo Action Serviceis a dedicated 24-hour emergencytoll-free helpline for Volvo operators, offering repair services, advice, translation and care for drivers and passengers. Available 365 days a year, the service utilises the combined resources of the Volvo parts distribution system and the dealer network throughout Europe.

The Frontline technicians and their fully equipped vehicles and strategically located throughout the UK and Ireland to provide around-the-clock support at operators' premises.
Operating from Volvo's headquarters in Warwick, Volvo operators have access to a dedicated technical and engineering support facility to ensure that the highest level of service support is available.
