Nightshift Workshop Supervisor - Birmingham

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving team performance? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Workshop Supervisor to lead our nightshift operation at our Birmingham depot.


The Role:
The successful candidate would be responsible in ensuring high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction. Monitor and optimise individual technician performance, providing guidance and support to achieve operational targets. Oversee the workflow of the workshop, ensuring jobs are progressed efficiently with a focus on achieving a first-time fix every time. Maintain high standards of service documentation, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately. Ensure full compliance with company procedures, and health & safety regulations at all times.

Shift Pattern:
Tuesday to Friday: 20.00pm - 06.30pm

Requirements:
Qualifications required: City & Guilds part 1 & 2 / BTEC / IMI (or equivalent) in motor vehicle management or equivalent practical experience in the commercial vehicle industry (or similar environment). HGV Licence advantageous but not essential.
