Customer Service Representative at McCarthy Commercials

We are looking for a confident individual with excellent administration skills to deliver a first-class service to our customers.

This role is based in our Service Department in Watergrasshill, Co. Cork.

Duties to include:

  • Booking vehicles into the workshop.
  • Raising repair orders.
  • Dealing with customer queries.


Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the motor industry.
  • Good mechanical understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Multi-Tasking.
  • Ability to learn quickly and be IT literate.
