After being recruited from a non-franchised  workshop, Jack started his career with Hartshorne Group in June 2017 and he qualified from Stephenson College in Coalville,  in March this year. Since starting at Hartshorne, Jack has noticed a huge difference in both learning and support levels, which he rates as, “second to none.” The one to one coaching from his assigned mentor has also been superb and Jack’s long-term career aspiration is to aim for a job in Hartshorne’s regional operations management team.

Hartshorne Crossroads Group has three - qualified level four trainers, who ensure that apprentices like Jack regularly attend product training to supplement the daily workshop experience on jobs and the knowledge gained at college.

Phil Brookfield, Hartshorne’s  Operations Director, said, “ we are very proud of Jack, since he started I have always had positive feedback on him and his progression, whether from college or other colleagues when Jack attends training or works out of our other dealerpoints. His quality of work is excellent and he always takes pride in what he does.”

Hartshorne Group are recruiting for the 2019 apprentice intake and still has vacancies at its Birmingham, Walsall and Stoke on Trent dealerpoints.  Anyone interested can contact Jen Stephenson, Marketing Manager on 07870 574684.
