Customer Service Advisor - Shrewsbury

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our fantastic team at our Shrewsbury depot.

 

As a customer service advisor you will be responsible for:

Vehicle Scheduling:
Book in vehicles using the planner for repairs and servicing, coordinating closely with the workshop team.
Customer Liaison: Communicate with customers regarding progress, obtain authorisation for additional repairs, process payments, and handle enquiries promptly.
Proactive Follow-Up: Contact customers after work completion to ensure complete satisfaction.
Administrative Accuracy: Follow all service administration procedures, including documentation and compliance requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Maintain and improve CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores through excellent service delivery.
Promotional Awareness: Inform customers about current service promotions and added-value offers.

Hours
Monday to Friday: 8.00am –17.00pm
Alternate Saturday mornings

The successful candidate will have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude, and willingness to work as part of an effective team. You should be a good team player and exceed customer expectations in delivering a 1st class service. Commercial experience in a similar environment or previous experience within a similar role would be a distinct advantage but full training will be given.
