Due to the continued Volvo Group growth we have a fantastic and rare opportunity for an enthusiastic, forward thinking Salesperson to join our team based at our Teesside depot. We are looking for a team player that is professional in their approach, orginised and has great time management skills to drive sales and services within their market area.
This position would suit someone who likes a varied and busy role in a professional, yet 'down to earth' environment. You would be expected to sell the complete range of products and services in line with our Total Solutions Strategy, in addition to the sale of the New Volvo Trucks Portfolio. Your responsibilities within the role will include, however may not be limited to the following:
Ideally you would have knowledge of Volvo Trucks and an HGV license, however this is not essential. Experience of building effective relationships with customers is essential along with IT literacy and presentation skills.
You must be customer focused with the drive to learn and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers. You must take a pro-active approach and have the ability to manage your time effectively.
Motor trade knowledge would be advantageous but not essential, however we would be looking for sales experience and a higher level of education particularly in numeracy skills.
