CVRT Receptionist & Administrator

As a key member of the CVRT Team the successful applicant must exemplify our Volvo Customer Commitments to ensure that we do the right things every day in order to meet the customer’s expectations. The person will be the primary point of contact for customers and will provide excellent customer services while managing the CVRT related administration in an accurate, professional and timely fashion.
CVRT Receptionist & Administrator

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage all telephone and on line bookings
  • Allocate CVRT tests, Tachograph Calibrations, Speed Limiter Calibrations & Plating bookings to CVRT Testers
  • Optimise test schedules to maximise throughput
  • Promote the Company’s range of facilities at all available opportunities
  • Monitor and recommend process improvements to enhance the Service Level to our  Customers
  • Provide cover for the Main Reception Desk as required
  • Monitor performance and generate regular reports showing the performance and efficiency of the VTN centre
  • Prepare and manage invoice related documentation including responding to invoice queries
  • Manage Service campaigns/recalls, e-mailing customers each month
  • Maintain and update Customer files as required
  • Maintain quality standards and training records of CVRT Testers to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Work as part of a team, maintaining a good working relationship between colleagues and customers
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping at all times, reporting any Health and Safety issues promptly
  • To participate in training and development programmes as required by the Company
  • To undertake any other duties or activities as required by the Company

 

Skills Profile:

  • Experience managing a busy reception area
  • Switchboard experience an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and work accurately and efficiently in a busy working environment
  • Strong IT skills, including database experience (experience using COVIS an advantage)
  • Supervision or Management experience an advantage
