Warranty Administrator (Naas)


Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Prepare and process all invoice related documentation
  • Manage and respond to invoice queries
  • Maintain and update Customer files
  • Prepare and assist with warranty, contract and retail audits
  • Liaise with workshop personnel to ensure the timely and efficient processing of job cards
  • Assist with the management and control of all Parts administration
  • Match consumables and invoices with Purchase Orders
  • Communicate services and repairs to be performed, pricing the repair for the customer
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficiency and quality of work output
  • Generate weekly and monthly ad-hoc reports
  • Complete all job related paperwork in line with Company and Dealership standards
  • Adhere to correct working procedures, reporting any issues or infringements promptly
  • Provide cover for the Service Reception Desk as required
  • To undertake any other duties or activities as required

  • Motor Trade or Technical qualification an advantage
  • Motor trade experience & a good technical knowledge of motor vehicles
  • Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work at pace and to challenging deadlines
  • Strong IT skills (including Excel)
