GF Job has continued its transition to Volvo Trucks with the arrival of a new range-topping Volvo FH16 780 Globetrotter XL 6x4 150-tonne tractor unit.

Tamworth-based haulier Lloyds Transport has acquired nine Volvo FH Aero 6x2 tractor units, the first of a total of 15 due to be delivered to the operator in 2025. The trucks’ arrival marks a return to Volvo for the customer, with the new vehicles replacing those supplied by other manufacturers.

Cambridgeshire-based S R Harradine Haulage Limited has continued its transition to Volvo Trucks, acquiring its latest model from the manufacturer – an FMX 460 8x4 tipper – which replaces a vehicle from a rival marque in the firm’s fleet.
