Cheadle Hulme-based haulier David Bratt & Sons has added the first Volvo trucks to its fleet for more than 20 years – with the arrival of two new Volvo FH Aero 6x2 tractor units.

Burton-on-Trent based Fenn Logistics has taken delivery of two new Volvo FM Electric 4x2 tractor units, as part of its strategy to offer environmentally-friendly supply chain solutions to its network of major blue-chip customers.

Wolverhampton-based Elevas has made a significant investment in its transport division by acquiring three Volvo FH16 780 6x4 tractor units, all plated for 150-tonne operation. The FH16s arrive as part of a fleet expansion, with seven of the company’s 10 trucks now Volvo-supplied.
