It is important that you read these terms and conditions carefully. Together with our privacy policy and our terms and conditions of use, they govern our relationship with you in relation to this website and your purchase of goods from Volvo Merchandise UK. Delivery
All goods will be delivered by courier and will arrive within 2-3 days. We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us in our acceptance; however we cannot give an exact delivery date. We will arrange for delivery of the goods by 48hr courier. Postage and packing will be payable as set out below:-
• Standard 48 hr delivery
• Outside the UK (please call the team: 0800 715 716 for details)

If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of submitting your order or by the agreed delivery date confirmed in our acceptance, whichever is the latter then please call the team on 0800 715 716. You are entitled to cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you.

Please note: some goods pictured on the Volvo Merchandise UK website are supplied direct from Sweden. Whilst we endeavour to deliver all goods within the set time period, some items may take longer to arrive than the 30 days specified. If this is the case, we apologise for any inconvenience, should this situation arise we will contact you and give you the choice to cancel your agreement with us.

Damaged/Defective Goods
We will supply goods that will remain free from defects in materials or caused by workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects of damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return, either to us or to the manufacturer (at our option), at no cost to you. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you or defective, we will repair or replace the goods or refund the money paid by you.

Payment
The prices displayed on the Volvo Merchandise UK website include all taxes, including VAT, which mya be payable in respect of the goods. All payments must be made at the time of placing the order by Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Switch, Solo, American Express, Visa Electron and Cheque/Postal Order. This method will allow your order to be submitted to our sales department. Please note that if you choose this method, the goods will not be dispatched until the printed order form and relevant method of payment has been received and processed. If we are unable to accept your order for any reason then we will, at our option, either not debit your credit card or refund any money paid by you in respect of that order. We will not dispatch the goods until we receive payment in full.


Who can purchase from us?
To purchase from us you must be over 18, a resident in the United Kingdom or Ireland. We cannot ship to countries outside the United Kingdom or Ireland. If you are or become a Volvo Truck Nation member then you can buy products at a discounted price.

How your contract is formed
Once you have completed compiling your order, you will be asked to confirm whether it is correct. If it is not correct, you can re-visit your order and correct the mistakes before confirming and submitting your order to us. When you submit your order, you are offering to buy the goods at the price set out in the order. We will acknowledge receipt of your order via email. This is not an acceptance of your order. The contract is not formed until we confirm via email, telephone or letter to you, that we have accepted your order, If you discover you have made a mistake with your order, then please contact us on marketinguk@volvo.com or call: 0800 715 716 immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order. We are unable to rectify mistakes after this time, although you still have the right to cancel your order.

Prices are checked regularly. However, if we find the price has changed when we recieve your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed. In addition, if the goods that you have ordered are no loner available, we may offer you substituted goods of a similar nature and quality. Again, in this case, we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed. In both cases, if you confirm that you do not wish to proceed, please remember that we will still not be under an obligation to supply the goods until we have confirmed that we have accepted your order.

Security
We would like to assure new members and current members that ordering online at Volvo Merchandise UK is safe. Transactions conducted on our website are protected by the strongest commercially available  128-bit encryption technology, used and proven by over 400,000 websites worldwide. We use Barclays EPDQ system to process all transactions. These are submitted in a secure site run by Barclaycard EPDQ.
